Medical Disclaimer
The Genius Switch is a digital wellness and self-development product rather than a medical treatment. One of the product pages explicitly describes it as an educational self-improvement program and states that it should not replace professional healthcare advice.
Nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or cognitive condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional about any medical question.
🚨 Always Call Emergency Services First
If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. If you feel unwell, dizzy, or uncomfortable while listening to any audio program, stop listening and seek appropriate help.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Individual experiences with audio programs can vary substantially. Some people may find rhythmic audio calming or useful for concentration, while others may notice little difference.
A money-back guarantee is not a guarantee of results. The guarantee concerns the purchase and refund process only.
Research on brainwave entrainment shows measurable changes in neural activity under controlled conditions, but that does not establish that a commercial audio product will produce a specific cognitive improvement for every listener. Product-specific clinical evidence supporting every marketing claim is not established.
Testimonials Disclaimer
The reviews shown on this website are illustrative samples created for this article. They are not independently verified customer testimonials and should not be read as genuine customer experiences unless and until they are replaced with verified reviews.
Testimonials, whether sample or real, are not controlled clinical evidence, and your own results may differ.

Accuracy of Information
Information on this website is based on the product's promotional materials and other public information. Promotional pages can describe session length, pricing, bonuses, and the mechanism of the audio differently, and offers change over time. Please verify the current price, included materials, refund terms, and access details on the official checkout page before purchasing. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current.

Usage and Professional Guidance Recommendation
People with hearing conditions, neurological concerns, or other relevant health issues should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using any audio-based program if they have concerns.
- Use headphones at a comfortable volume.
- Many users may prefer listening before a task rather than during activities that require full attention.
- Do not treat an audio routine as a replacement for effective study habits, adequate sleep, or professional care.
Policy Changes
We may update this Disclaimer at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the website means you accept the current version.
